Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, store credit or refunds of any kind.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your purchase! We can provide a store exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please be aware that we DO NOT offer refunds on returned items.
Step 1. Contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order to let us know if you would like to exchange your item. All sale item purchases are FINAL.
Step 2. Within 10 days of your purchase, mail your item/s with original receipt to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Step 3. Once we receive the item/s we will send you an email notifying you that your items have been received and are in acceptable condition for exchange (see terms below). Please be aware that we will only allow one exchange per purchase.
CONDITION OF ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:
Returned items eligible for exchange must be in new, unworn, unsoiled and sellable condition with all tags in place and protective shields intact on swimsuit bottoms.
If we receive a returned item that has been damaged, worn, soiled, altered, laundered or is missing the tags then no credit will be issued. The item will be returned to you and you will be charged for the return shipment and you will forfeit all claims.
DEFECTIVE GOODS: If an item you have purchased is defective please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We will replace defective merchandise returned to us within 15 days of the shipment date. No additional shipping and handling charges will be incurred.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once an online order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
