Anthuriums are one of my favorite flowers (also known as the "heart of Hawai'i"). I love going to the nursery in Kāne'ohe to see the most spectacular varieties they carry as cut flowers, and I have them all throughout my home. Their colorful, shiny, and almost leathery texture is like no other and to me, they symbolize tropical island living. I hope this print makes you as happy as it makes me.
